House CFO is a private household budgeting assistant operated by an individual (a sole proprietor) for use within a single family. It sends short budgeting reminders by text message to the household members who enroll. This policy explains what information the service handles and how it is used.
Mobile information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade your mobile phone number, mobile information, or text-messaging opt-in and consent data. This information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and it is never shared for any third party's own purposes.
Information is used solely to generate and deliver budgeting notifications — daily safe-to-spend amounts, same-day over-budget alerts, and a weekly budget summary — to the enrolled members of the household. It is never used for marketing or promotional messaging, and it is never used for any other purpose.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. As stated above, your mobile information and text-messaging consent are never disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We rely on trusted vendors only to operate the service on our behalf (for example, to deliver the text messages to your phone); any such vendor may use your information solely to provide that function to us and for no other purpose.
Information is kept only as long as needed to operate the service, and reasonable measures are used to protect it.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
